What we are building
ZORALI is a drag-and-drop website builder with a freeform canvas, 38+ elements, templates, animations, and an AI Studio that turns descriptions into sites, plus multi-site hosting, custom domains, a template Marketplace, and a 30% lifetime affiliate program. We are building the tool we wished existed: powerful enough for designers, simple enough for first-timers, and honest enough that the economics favor the creator.
- A real product with real users: builder, hosting, marketplace, and affiliate in one platform
- Modern stack: Next.js on the front, Supabase for data and auth
- A design-led culture, the dark, premium feel of the product is deliberate
- Creator-first economics: sellers keep 93.5%, affiliates earn 30% lifetime
How we work
We are a small team and we intend to stay lean: every person here ships work that users touch. We move fast, keep the quality bar high, and judge work by what it does, not who proposed it. Everyone on the team builds with ZORALI regularly, if you would not use what you shipped, it is not done.
- Small, senior team, everyone ships user-facing work
- Fast iteration with a high bar for design and craft
- Decisions by evidence and taste, not hierarchy
- We dogfood relentlessly: the team builds real sites on ZORALI
- Direct communication, no layers between you and the user
What we look for
We hire for proof, not pedigree. Show us what you have built, designed, or shipped, a portfolio, a side project, a template, a body of work, and tell us what you would do better next time. We value ownership, product sense, and taste: people who notice the details and fix them without being asked.
- Proof of work: portfolios and shipped projects over credentials
- Ownership: you see a problem, you fix it, you tell us after
- Product sense: you think about the user, not just the ticket
- Taste: you care how things look, feel, and read
- Range: small teams reward people who can do more than one thing well
Areas we hire in
We do not keep a standing list of openings, we hire when we meet someone exceptional. That said, the work generally falls into a few areas: product engineering on the Next.js and Supabase stack, product and brand design, content and growth, and template design for the Marketplace. If your work fits one of those, we want to see it.
- Product engineering: Next.js, Supabase, and the builder canvas
- Product and brand design: interface, templates, and the dark premium aesthetic
- Content and growth: education, guides, and community
- Template designers: Marketplace sellers already do this work, standout sellers get noticed
How to apply
Send us your work, not a generic cover letter. Include a portfolio or links to things you have shipped, a short note on what you did on each, and which area of ZORALI you want to work on. If there is a fit, you will hear from us for a conversation and a practical exercise based on real product work. We review every application ourselves.
- Your portfolio or shipped work, links, not adjectives
- A short note on your role in each piece and what you would improve
- Which area you want to work in: engineering, design, content, or templates
- Practical next step: a conversation, then a real-work exercise
- Every application is reviewed by a human on the team
